Our phone lines can get busy, so if your query is not urgent we recommend getting in touch via our online form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Phone lines will close an hour before the start of an event.
Calls to 034 numbers are charged the same as 01 or 02 numbers, so are included within any free inclusive minutes.

- If you have not received a confirmation email for your online booking*, wish to enquire about pricing or availability, or have a query relating to an existing booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (monitored during opening hours only). We cannot take bookings or payments via email. *Sometimes emails bounce back from certain domains including Gmail or Hotmail. If you have not received a confirmation email, you should be able to access the confirmation by logging into your online account.
- If you have chosen to have tickets posted out and they have not arrived up to 2 days before the performance, we will be able to reprint them on the day of the show. Just come along and quote either your order number or postcode and first line of address. Tickets can occasionally go missing in the post but any re-printed tickets will cancel out originals.
