Services for Disabled People

We welcome all patrons and offer an extensive range of services to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable visit. Do mention your requirements when you book tickets, and don't hesitate to ask the Duty Manager if there is anything you need on your arrival.

Please note that it is not possible to book any accessible tickets online. These can only be booked over the phone to ensure that they are kept for those that need them.

You can also find ticket information on our Booking and discounts page.

There are parking spaces for Blue Badge holders outside our Stage Door on Greyfriars Road where there is level access to the theatre.

Please note that these cannot be reserved in advance and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Find more information on our Getting here and getting around page.

Download a PDF version of our Access Guide. Our visual story is a resource designed for people with Autistic Spectrum Condition to help prepare visitors for the experience of visiting the theatre to see a performance.

Normal reductions are offered for other performances as detailed in the price panel for each show.
